Help Center: Curious how you can add e-learnings and other instructional materials yourself to pages on Embrace Social?
You can set up the HelpCenter yourself in Portals > Guides. Here you see an overview of all your HelpCenter content. Use the + to add a new source. The title is the name that the user sees in the HelpCenter.
Add the URL of the resource here. Microsoft Stream, Vimeo, YouTube and Storylane links play directly within Embrace. Hyperlinks take you to other pages inside or outside your platform.
Fill in the route. This is the last generic part of a URL in Embrace Social. See also the next step. Then click create to publish. Soon we will also enable publishing one piece of content on multiple pages.
Under route select the last part of the URL. In the case of https://<environmentname>.embracecloud.nl/social/groups this is: /social/groups/
By adding /*, you make an e-learning available on all underlying pages with the same URL. So also when you navigate to a group that always has a unique URL.

- https://<environmentname>.embracecloud.nl/portals/content/newsitems = /portals/content/newsitems/
